Wishing you all a happy week of cooking! Here is what my family is chowing on this week. Tis' the week of Mexican in our house.
Monday - Quesadillas, black beans, and Spanish rice.
Tuesday - Chicken tortilla soup in the crockpot, and fruit.
Wednesday - Nachos, grilled veggies on the side, and fruit.
Thursday - Homemade chicken nuggets, homemade coleslaw, and fruit.
Friday - Sizzling rice soup and pork fried rice. Trying a new recipe for both. If it doesn't suck, I'll share the details!
Saturday - There is a little neighborhood party thingy and they're serving hot dogs, chips, and soda for free. So, we'll be dining on lips and assholes, GMO corn, and high fructose corn syrup. Oh well, once every blue moon won't kill us.
Sunday - Family dinner at my parent's.
