Homemade Mondays, week 2

I'm super excited to introduce the newly "revamped" Mostly Homemade Mondays.  I hope you like the changes!

Homemade Mondays is a series for people that are on a journey to better living, via healthier eating and a more natural lifestyle.  We realize that there are different paths that we all take to get to that place, and this bloghop celebrates that.  Whether you’re a seasoned raw foodist who has banned all things unnatural, or a rookie who is starting out by cutting out junk food, we’d love to hear from you! Link up with your favorite recipes, projects, crafts, or rants and raves.

Homemade Mondays will open every Monday. You have until Thursday to make your submissions. We will share our favorite posts on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and shout it from the rooftops.

  1. I enjoy reading a lot and your stories are worth reading, nice blog, keep it up.

  2. Well, I entered my salad but left you a pic of my logo. Can't follow directions today! If you click on pic, it'll take you to the salad. So, the salad. Definitely a healthy option as a side or as a whole meal. I've also discovered a successful and easy way to transport my salad and dressing from home to the office using a single mason jar (check it out). No soggy salad here! My blog, Zinnrunner, explores my adventures in running, homemade food, and restaurants I visit.

I do something every Monday where I cook a meal using only ingredients I already have at my disposal - leftovers, ingredients about to expire, or that bag of frozen green beans that's been in my freezer since the 90's. I call it "Monday Night Mash-Ups" (or it's first name, "Shit-storm from the Pantry".) This week's was steamed artichokes and stuffed, baked sweet potatoes. Enjoy! As always, thanks for hosting!

  4. I love the picture version! I makes it a lot easier to focus with my jumbled, unfocused mind. I linked up my maple cinnamon rolls. Not exactly 'healthy', but all made from scratch!

  5. So excited to link up with Frugal for the first time! I love this blog and I find it inspirational :) I added my homemade organic whole wheat tortillas.
